Shipment-related emails should produce shipment creation, status updates, escalations, or outbound notices depending on the content.
2. Irrelevant email rejection
Clearly unrelated messages like office lunch coordination should now classify as other and must not create shipments or TMS notices.
3. Read-only workflow review
Recent processed test cases, shipment outcomes, and mailbox health are visible below without hidden tokens.
